This is a very important topic as many employers are now beginning to discover as we move forward during this pandemic.

Some employees are making up the rules as they go along. Some are informing their employers of the rules.

So I decided to condense the Government guidelines so you can see what should and should not be done if you have an employee come in and say they need to self isolate and when they should or should not and for how long, whether you should pay SSP and can you claim it back.
